DWI (Driving While Impaired)

DWI (Driving While Impaired) is a serious offense that can have dramatic effects on your driver's license and insurance premiums and can possibly carry active jail time. Defending a DWI charge is very complex.

As a police officer I was trained in the driving indicators, Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, and the procedures for measuring blood alcohol levels (BAC).

As an Assistant District Attorney I received extensive training in the breath testing machine (Intoximeter) used by law enforcement officers in DWI cases and the requirements to obtain a DWI conviction.
